- Speech-to-Text (STT)
- Developer APIs
- Related cloud-based voice services
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Acceptable Use
In shortUse the Services lawfully. No infringement, malware, unauthorized access, abuse, or interference.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Upload malicious software or harmful code

- Interfere with the operation or security of the Services

Voice Cloning Responsibilities
In shortOnly clone voices you own or are explicitly authorized to use. Misuse leads to suspension or termination.
Voice cloning may only be used for voices that you own or have explicit authorization to use.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority before uploading voice recordings or generating cloned voices.
Raritone may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse voice cloning features or violate these Terms.
User Content
In shortYou keep ownership of your content. We get only the limited rights needed to deliver the Services.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, submit, or create using the Services.
By using the Services, you grant Raritone the limited rights necessary to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the requested Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
You represent that your content does not violate the rights of any third party or applicable law.
Intellectual Property
In shortThe Raritone platform, brand, and software are protected. No copying, modifying, distributing, or reverse engineering.
The Raritone platform, website, software, logos, trademarks, documentation, and related content are owned by or licensed to Raritone and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, no part of the Services may be copied, modified, distributed, or reverse engineered.
APIs & Developer Access
In shortAPIs come with limits and rules. Don't abuse rate limits, share keys, or bypass controls.
Developer APIs are provided subject to applicable usage limits, technical requirements, and your subscription plan.

- Share or expose your API keys
- Use the APIs to disrupt or interfere with the Services

Fees and Payments
